Las Qolqas is operated by Inversiones Tres por Ocho S.A.C. (INTREPO SAC), RUC 20477906380, a company registered in Peru. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Peru, without prejudice to the rights granted to guests under applicable consumer protection law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your booking confirmation shall apply to your stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 \u00b7 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">02<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking &amp; Reservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Las Qolqas, either by email or through our booking platform. Until that moment, availability is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By submitting a booking, the lead guest accepts responsibility for all guests in the party and for compliance with these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accuracy of Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided at the time of booking, including dates, number of guests, and any special requirements. We cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in information provided by guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Occupancy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reservations are made for a specific number of guests. Exceeding the stated occupancy without prior written approval is not permitted and may result in the termination of the stay without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to adjust your booking details after confirmation, please contact us as early as possible at&nbsp;<strong>reservas2@lasqolqas.com<\/strong>. Changes are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 \u00b7 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">03<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with our booking policy, an initial payment of 50% of the total amount is required when the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the arrival date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the booking is confirmed, our Reservations team will send you a second confirmation including a secure payment link with the scheduled instalments and payment dates, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Group Bookings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For bookings of 9 or more guests, please contact our Reservations team at reservas2@lasqolqas.com, so that we can advise you and help you find the accommodation option that best suits the needs of your family or group of friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accepted Methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and cash where indicated at the property. All transactions are processed securely. Card details are encrypted and never stored on our systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Currency &amp; Taxes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All rates are quoted in US dollars (USD) and include a 10% service charge. Rates do not include IGV (the Peruvian general sales tax, currently 18%). Under Peruvian tax law, accommodation provided to non-resident foreign guests is not subject to IGV for stays of up to 60 days, provided a valid passport and proof of entry into Peru are presented at check-in. Peruvian nationals and foreign residents will be charged IGV as an additional charge. Other services and consumption during your stay may be subject to IGV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 \u00b7 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">04<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation &amp; Modification Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations made more than 45 days before the arrival date: 90% of the amount actually paid will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made within the 45 days prior to the arrival date: no refund will be given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-refundable rates:<\/strong>&nbsp;Temporary promotions or special offers available on our website may be subject to non-refundable rates. Bookings made under a non-refundable rate are charged in full at the time of booking and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, unless otherwise required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please make sure to review the specific terms and conditions applicable to the rate selected before completing your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests to modify confirmed reservations (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. We will always endeavour to accommodate modification requests where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Early Departures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of early departure, we reserve the right to charge for the full originally booked period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation by Las Qolqas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in cases of force majeure, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as possible and provide a full refund of any amounts paid. We accept no further liability in connection with such cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that provides coverage for unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from traveling or completing your trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las Qolqas EcoLodge cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may prevent or affect your travel plans. Cancellation or refund requests made outside the established deadlines will be subject to our terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 \u00b7 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">05<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check-in, Check-out &amp; Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check-in &amp; Check-out<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Event<\/th><th>Standard Time<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Check-in from<\/td><td>13:00 (1:00 PM)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Check-out by<\/td><td>11:00 (11:00 AM)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, and may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us in advance if you require flexibility on arrival or departure times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valid photo identification is required from all guests at check-in: a passport or foreign resident card (carn\u00e9 de extranjer\u00eda) for foreign guests, or a national identity document (DNI) for Peruvian nationals. Minors must also present valid identification. This information is recorded in our guest register, as required by Peruvian regulations on lodging establishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Included Transport<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your booking includes two transfer services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Transfer to Ollantaytambo train station:<\/strong> to arrange this service, you will need to provide us with your train number when making the booking. If this information is not available in advance, the service will be subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transfer to Ollantaytambo town:<\/strong> the service runs to and from our pick-up point at the Capilla de Ni\u00f1o Samachina. It is available between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with 6:30 PM being the last pick-up time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pututu Restaurant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opening hours: 6:00 AM \u2013 9:30 PM. Enjoy our organic Peruvian cuisine, prepared with fresh, local ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Breakfast:<\/strong> 6:00 AM \u2013 10:00 AM. If you plan to leave before breakfast service begins, you may request a packed breakfast to take away.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c0 la carte menu:<\/strong> 11:00 AM \u2013 9:30 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chef&#8217;s special dinner:<\/strong> includes a starter, main course and dessert; drinks are not included. Served from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to reserve a table, please contact us indicating the number of guests and your preferred time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 \u00b7 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">06<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">House Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask all guests to respect the following rules to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Noise &amp; Quiet Hours:<\/strong>\u00a0Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. We ask guests to be considerate of neighbours and other guests at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Smoking:<\/strong> In accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29517, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tents and throughout the hotel facilities. Failure to comply will result in a charge of USD 100.00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pets:<\/strong>\u00a0Las Qolqas is a nature sanctuary therefore pets are not allowed in order to protect bird life and other wild species dwelling in our property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Events &amp; Parties:<\/strong>\u00a0Hosting events or gatherings beyond the registered occupancy is not permitted without prior written consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Damage to Property:<\/strong>\u00a0Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, its furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Costs will be charged accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rubbish &amp; Recycling:<\/strong>\u00a0We kindly ask guests to follow local recycling guidelines and dispose of waste in the receptacles provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respect for Others:<\/strong>\u00a0Any behaviour that is disruptive, offensive, or threatening towards staff or other guests will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 \u00b7 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">07<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las Qolqas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by guests, except where such loss or injury results directly from our negligence or wilful misconduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellations, medical emergencies, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings before travelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valuables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las Qolqas accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to guests&#8217; personal property or valuables during their stay. Safes or secure storage facilities may be available on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Force Majeure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las Qolqas shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing any obligation under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, strikes, or utility failures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 \u00b7 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">08<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las Qolqas is committed to protecting your personal data.
