These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and interactions with Las Qolqas<\/strong> (hereinafter “the Property”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website lasqolqas.com<\/strong> and any direct booking channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By completing a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full, on behalf of yourself and all guests included in the booking. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your booking confirmation shall apply to your stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2014 \u00b7 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n 02<\/p>\n\n\n\n A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Las Qolqas, either by email or through our booking platform. Until that moment, availability is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By submitting a booking, the lead guest accepts responsibility for all guests in the party and for compliance with these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided at the time of booking, including dates, number of guests, and any special requirements. We cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in information provided by guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reservations are made for a specific number of guests. Exceeding the stated occupancy without prior written approval is not permitted and may result in the termination of the stay without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you need to adjust your booking details after confirmation, please contact us as early as possible at info@lasqolqas.com<\/strong>. Changes are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2014 \u00b7 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n 03<\/p>\n\n\n\n We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and cash where indicated at the property. All transactions are processed securely. Card details are encrypted and never stored on our systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Depending on the rate selected at the time of booking, full or partial prepayment may be required to secure the reservation. The specific prepayment terms applicable to your booking will be clearly indicated during the reservation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A pre-authorisation or security deposit may be required at check-in to cover potential incidental charges, damage, or additional services. This amount will be released or refunded within 7 business days of check-out, provided no deductions are applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of booking. Prices include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA) unless otherwise stated. Different rates may carry different policies. Please review the specific conditions before completing payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Non-refundable rates:<\/strong> Bookings made under a non-refundable rate are charged in full at time of booking and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances, unless otherwise required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Requests to modify confirmed reservations (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. We will always endeavour to accommodate modification requests where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the event of early departure, we reserve the right to charge for the full originally booked period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in cases of force majeure, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as possible and provide a full refund of any amounts paid.
